Reservations & Walk-Ins
Before you visit, please review the following:
Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but reservations are recommended. (Children who are 2-years and under do not need a reservation.)
In winter, please remove wet or snowy boots before entering the cat room.
Quiet Hours are daily from 1–3pm. Please use quiet voices, do not wake sleeping cats, and note that only guests 16+ may visit during this time.
We typically have 10–15 cats onsite, though numbers may vary. Please note that we may not always have kittens onsite, especially during the winter months.
Adopted cats remain on our Meet Our Cats page until pickup. If you’re hoping to meet a specific cat, please contact us to confirm availability.
To make a reservation below:
Select “book” in the reservation box
When the calendar appears, you can select a time up to 90 days in advance. If a time slot doesn’t appear in the reservation calendar, it means the slot is fully booked.
To book more than one slot or more than one person for the same time slot, choose “Select and add another time” and continue selecting until you’re done. Remaining time slots will update as you book times.
Time slots will show up at the bottom of the calendar so you can review, add, or remove before proceeding to payment.
Once your times are correct, click “Continue”
Enter your contact information, as well as read and e-sign our waiver form.
Fill in your payment info on the next screen, click “Pay & Confirm” and you should be all set!
Rates
Individual Visits
General Admission Fee (Ages 2 and up) : $13 per person per 50-minute visit. We may allow you to stay beyond 50-minutes if capacity allows.
Children under age 2 are free
Discount Fee: $10 visits for Seniors 65+, students, and military personnel. ID may be requested. We may allow you to stay beyond 50-minutes if capacity allows.
Memberships
Cat Membership ($75): Includes: 1) Unlimited visits for 30-days; 2) 10% off all retail, food and beverage purchases; and 3) Holland Cat Cove t-shirt. Click here to purchase.
Kitten Membership ($50): Includes: 1) Unlimited visits for 30-days (Monday - Friday only) and 2) 10% off all retail, food and beverage purchases. Click here to purchase.
Gift Cards
Electronic gift cards can be purchased here. Hard copy gift certificates are available by visiting Holland Cat Cove.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 12 hours or more before your reservation may be rescheduled or refunded. (Note: Refunds for payments made via credit cards will be issued minus the credit card processing fee charged to us.)
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your reservation may be rescheduled, but are not eligible for a refund.
