We’re excited to welcome you to Holland Cat Cove! Before you stop in, here are a few helpful details to make your visit smooth, fun, and stress-free!

📌 Good to know

  1. Reservations are recommended to guarantee your spot (children age 2 and under do not need a reservation)

  2. Walk-ins are welcome, but only when space allows

  3. Quiet Hours are daily from 1–3pm; during this time, only guests age 12+ may visit

  4. We typically have 10–15 cats onsite, though numbers may vary

  5. Kittens are not always available (especially in winter months)

  6. Adopted cats remain listed on our “Meet Our Cats” page until pickup — if you’re hoping to meet someone specific, please contact us to confirm availability

  7. Information on Events, Memberships, Private Parties, and our Cancellation Policy can be found by scrolling down past the reservation section below.

📅 How to Make a Reservation

  1. Select “Book” in the reservation box

  2. When the calendar opens, choose a time (up to 90-days in advance)

    • If a time doesn’t appear, it means that slot is fully booked

  3. To book multiple people or time slots, select “Select and add another time” and continue until finished

  4. Your selected times will appear at the bottom of the calendar so you can review, adjust, or remove before checkout

  5. Click “Continue” when everything looks good

  6. Enter your contact info and complete the waiver (e-sign)

  7. Add your payment details, then click “Pay & Confirm”

Rates

Individual Visits

General Admission Fee (Ages 2 and up) :  $13 per person per 50-minute visit. We may allow you to stay beyond 50-minutes if capacity allows.

Children under age 2 are free

Discount Fee: $10 visits for Seniors 65+, students, and military personnel. ID may be requested. We may allow you to stay beyond 50-minutes if capacity allows.

30-Minute Walk-In Rate: $6.75 for 30-minutes. Available only for walk-in visits and only if space allows.

Memberships: $75

Our memberships include:

  1. Unlimited visits for 30-days (2-hour / day maximum)

  2. 10% off all retail, food and beverage purchases

  3. A Holland Cat Cove t-shirt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 12 hours or more before your reservation may be rescheduled or refunded. (Note: Refunds for payments made via credit cards will be issued minus the credit card processing fee charged to us.)

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your reservation may be rescheduled, but are not eligible for a refund.
